The Voidwood Playtest is now live! 🌲👀

It's your time to play.

Head to the Voidwood Steam page and hit Join the Playtest to jump into our first public pre-alpha playtest. No keys. No codes. Just grab some friends and head into the forest.

What To Expect

This playtest is a small taste of the full Voidwood experience, built around surviving one day and one night in the woods.

Gather what you can. Work together. Prepare for nightfall. And when The Beast comes out to hunt, remember that it's listening to every sound you make.

You'll also encounter never-before-seen puzzles, and for those who love a little extra challenge, you can unlock achievements throughout the weekend. See how many you and your friends can earn before the playtest ends!

Voidwood is still deep in development, so you may encounter bugs, rough edges, and plenty of things we're still tuning. That's part of why we're opening up the forest this early.

Most importantly, we want you to have fun with it. Grab some friends, jump in, and see if you can make it out together.

The playtest is live now and runs through October 18th, your local time.

Voidwood is designed around playing together, and in-game voice chat is a big part of the experience.

Your voice can help your friends coordinate, warn each other, and survive. But when night falls, it can also give you away.

What you're playing this weekend is just a glimpse of what we're building.

• A camp that grows over time, unlocking new opportunities and helping prepare you for future runs
