1. What this site is

Voidwood.com provides information about Voidwood, a game in development by Santa Barbara Games. Voidwood is not sold on this site. Purchases and wishlisting happen on Steam and are governed by Valve's own terms and policies, not ours.

2. Intellectual property

Voidwood, the Voidwood logo, and all art, screenshots, video, music, text, and other content on this site are the property of Santa Barbara Games or are used with permission. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may view and share links to this site freely. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed under section 3.

3. Press and creator assets

Assets provided in our press kit may be used by press, content creators, and event partners to cover or discuss Voidwood, including in monetized videos, streams, and articles. You may not use press kit assets to imply that Santa Barbara Games sponsors or endorses you or your product, resell the assets, or use them in a misleading or unlawful way. If the press kit includes its own usage guidelines, those apply too.

4. Game in development

Voidwood is a work in progress. Everything shown on this site, including footage, screenshots, features, dates, and pricing, reflects a game in active development and may change or be removed before release. Nothing on this site is a promise of final content, a release date, or a price.

5. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as Steam, Discord, YouTube, and our playtest signup provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or damage this site, probe or breach its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
